At Amaya Wellness Spa, ancient wisdom is blended with modern biohacking technologies. Ayurveda: a 5000 year old system focused on prevention, balance and wellness. Dr Sawhney has a strong belief that there are multiple ways for healing and prevention. Along with family practice, this includes ayurveda, homeopathy, energy medicine and biohacking techniques. She has learned that nature has provided us with the tools for well being which led her to the ancient wisdom of ayurveda. Her curiosity in longevity led her to seek biohacking techniques to optimize the body's systems.
